Shipping abroad and returns
Free shipping costs in the Netherlands and Belgium for all standard package and cargo orders with a value of more than €50. We charge a fee of €4,95 as shipping and administration costs for orders below €50.
Shipping costs abroad
Shipping costs outside the Netherlands and Belgium are divided into three Country zones 1, 2, 3, 4.
The standard (extra) delivery time is between 3 to 5 days.
¹ The costs under "pallet shipment" are per pallet. Pallet prices are only calculated when ordering one the following products; heat-recovery units, ventilation systems with connections of Ø400 or larger, thermoduct- and spiral pipes. The total shipping amount will be automatically calculated on the checkout page. All above mentioned prices are Value Added Taxes (VAT) included.
Returns from Country zone 1, 2, 3, 4
It is possible to return products to our warehouse in the Netherlands within a 90-day period. This is at your own expenses.
