Shipping abroad and returns

Free shipping costs in Belgium and the Netherlands for all standard package and cargo orders with a value of more than €25. We charge a fee of €3,95 as shipping and administration costs for orders below €25.

Shipping costs abroad

Shipping costs outside Belgium and the Netherlands are divided into three Country zones 1, 2, 3, 4.
The standard (extra) delivery time is between 2 to 5 days.

Below you will find the different shipping costs for each Country zone split up in "standard package"and "pallet shipment".

¹ The costs under "pallet shipment" are per pallet. Pallet prices are only calculated for the following products; heat-recovery units, ventilation systems with connections of Ø400 or larger, thermoduct- and spiral pipes. The total amount due for shipping will be automatically calculated on the checkout page. All prices mentioned above are Value Added Taxes (VAT) included.

Returns from Country zone 1, 2, 3, 4

It is possible to return products to our warehouse in the Netherlands within a 90-day period. This is on your own costs.

Please contact us at info@ventilatieland.be before sending the product(s). We will send you an RMA number (Return Merchandise Autorization number).
